Terms & Conditions - Ordering & Payment

1.1 Orders can be placed on the telephone or via the website. For website orders, please ensure the email address you supply is valid.

1.2 We accept all major credit & debit cards. Goods will not be dispatched until paid for in full. We also accept payments via PayPal

1.3 All orders will be sent by post at a fixed rate of £2.75. Very large orders are weighed to establish the cost of delivery. You will be advised of this cost prior to dispatch. We reserve the right to add extra cost for delivery outside the UK mainland and Ireland.

1.4 All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT. An invoice will be sent with each order. The invoice number must be quoted with any query or correspondence.

1.5 All prices shown are valid at the time of placing the order. We reserve the right to alter prices if the required delivery date is beyond 10 working days of placing order.

1.6 You will receive a confirmation email when you order. However, this does not constitute acceptance of your order and we will be under no obligation to supply you with goods until we have given you notification of such acceptance.
